What is FLX Membership?
FLX is the Foot Locker membership program through which you can earn XPoints that can be redeemed for nice products, exciting events, and much more. FLX membership is free of charge. The FLX Membership Program is open to all FL customers in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands, who are 16 years of age or older (or have a parent or guardian's consent) and have a valid email account.
How do I earn XPoints?
Customers can earn XPoints on purchases at any of the participating Foot Locker/Kids Foot Locker stores and the participating Foot Locker web shops. In order to earn points in store members need to identify themselves by presenting their FLX membership card/number or by presenting their e-mail address, name or phone number from their FLX account. On the Foot Locker website just login with your FLX account when making a purchase. XPoints will not be awarded when buying a gift card, but the points will be given when the gift card is used to make a purchase.
In addition, customers can also earn XPoints on special earn activities like referring the program to a friend, connecting their social account or by sharing some extra profile data. These can be activated through their FLX account on the website.
Currently, points cannot be combined or transferred between memberships.
What can I do with my XPoints?
You can redeem your XPoints for a wide variety of rewards, including unique products, exciting experiences, sweepstakes entries and gift cards. The offer changes on a regular basis. The current offer can be found on the Foot Locker website in your FLX account section.
How many XPoints do I get for my purchase?
For every Pound you spend at Foot Locker / Kids Foot Locker instore or online, you can earn 100 XPoints (when the transaction is linked to your FLX member account).
How do I redeem my XPoints for rewards?
Log into your FLX Program account on the Foot Locker website and check out the redemption center for available rewards. Follow instructions to redeem your XPoints for available rewards.
How do I stop getting marketing emails from FLX Membership?
You may unsubscribe from FLX membership marketing emails at any time by updating your communication preferences or by following the instructions in the emails.
Note that even if you unsubscribe, you will still receive emails regarding management activities related to your account. If you don’t want to receive those e-mails anymore, please contact Customer Service.
