Unfortunately the converse arrived damaged in more than one place which I find it hard to understand how this was not noticed before the item was boxes and shipped to me. I’ve returned the item and i’m awaiting a full refund which could take up to a month after reading the information and the time the refund could possibly take

Trainers incorrectly sized
My niece only ever wears Converse. UK size 5. This pair were labelled UK 5 but were at least a 6. I've returned them for a 4 and I have a horrible feeling they will be too small.
